Anna (Cocca) Giancola

Anna (Cocca) Giancola, 76, of Newington, widow of Alessandro Giancola, passed away Sunday morning (October 14, 2018) at her daughter's home with her family at her side. Born in Campodipietra, Italy, daughter of the late Domenicangelo and the late Maria Michela (DiMaio) Cocca, she was employed at Precision Dynamics/Gems Sensors until her retirement. Throughout the past 20 years she looked forward to her annual family visits to Italy. Anna is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Domenica and Christian Holman of Berlin, and Maria Zieba of East Berlin, and two granddaughters, Nicole and Emily Zieba, and their father, Tomasz Zieba. A private graveside service will be held in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain, at the convenience of the family.
