KENSINGTON - Ceil Marie (Simeone) Biscoglio, 44, of Kensington, loving wife of Vincent Frank Biscoglio, died early Friday morning (September 4, 2015) at home with her family at her side. Born in New Britain, daughter of Albino and Carol (Battaglia) Simeone, she graduated from Berlin High School, and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford. She was a member of St. Paul's Church. In addition to her husband and her parents, she is survived by two sons, Vincent "Vinny" Biscoglio III and David Biscoglio, and two daughters, Olivia Biscoglio and Ava Biscoglio, all at home, her grandfather, Albert Battaglia of Berlin, her brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Carla Simeone of Farmington, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lynn and Sebby Addamo, and Lori and Domenic Biello, all of Berlin, her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Karen and Edward Tomlinson of Jupiter, Florida, her brother-in-law Jake and and his wife Merri Biscoglio of Southington, many nieces and nephews, and her dog, Cookie, with whom she had a love/hate relationship. Funeral services will be held Wednesday (September 9, 2015) at 9am from Porter's Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway, Berlin, followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10am at St. Paul's Church, 467 Alling Street, Kensington. Burial will be in Maple Cemetery Berlin. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the funeral home on Tuesday (September 8, 2015) from 4-7pm.
