Emil A. Zanetti

Emil A. Zanetti, 78, of Berlin, passed away on January 30, 2025.

He was a lifelong resident of Berlin where he devoted many years coaching Little League, Babe Ruth, American Legion baseball and Midget football, as well as volunteering as a firefighter for the Town of Berlin.

After graduating, Emil served in the US Air Force and Army National Guard.  He was employed at Saint Francis Hospital.

Emil leaves behind his loving wife, Janet Zanetti and sons, Richard and John Zanetti, as well as many relatives and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 2-4 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin, 111 Chamberlain Hwy., Berlin.  Burial with Military Honors will be private.

Memorial donations in Emil’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
