Harold LeRoy Osborne, 91, of Kensington, loving husband of Agnes (Leavy) Osborne, died Tuesday night (January 19, 2016) at home with his family at his side. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, son of the late William and the late Orpha (Kelder) Osborne, he served in the US Navy in the Pacific in WWII, and was employed at the University of Hartford until his retirement. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Meriden, and the Berlin Seniors at Timberlin. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, James Osborne, a granddaughter Sara Ballou, and a great-grandson, Riley Ballou, all of Kensington. A graveside service in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 250 Gypsy Lane, Meriden will take place Friday (January 22, 2016) at 11am. There are no calling hours.
