Jean May (Krewson) Palladino, 89, formerly of New Britain, widow of Francis Palladino, died Thursday morning (September 20, 2018) at Avery Heights in Hartford. Born in Waterbury, daughter of the late William and the late Florence (Hunter) Krewson, she graduated from Wilbur Cross High School, and was employed at The Bank of Boston until her retirement. She was a former member of First Church of Christ, Congregational, New Britain, and a member of Tolland Congregational Church, and was an avid bowler who took great pride in her one perfect game. Much of her time spent was dedicated to her children and grandchildren. Jean is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Lucila Palladino of El Paso, Texas, two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Bernard Siecienski of New Britain, and Patti and Bruce Carlsen of Willington, give grandchildren, Heather Sieverts, Allison Reed, and Nicholas, Amanda, and Vincent Palladino, two great-grandchildren, Allissa and Aubrey Reed, Several nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends including Patrick and Brian Mallane. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two brothers Raymond and William Krewson. A funeral service will be held Friday (September 28, 2018) at 11am at Porter's Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway, Berlin. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday (September 28, 2018) from 10am until the time of the service.
