Kevin Roger Laroche

With deep sorrow, we announce that Kevin Roger Laroche of Middletown, Connecticut, passed away on January 20, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Kevin was born on November 2, 1973 at New Britain General Hospital to Roger and Maryann Laroche (1951 – 2016) of New Britain, Connecticut. Kevin was a graduate of Berlin High School, Class of 1993, where he passionately played football.

Kevin worked in various prosperous industries throughout his life including physical therapy, carpentry, and waste management. Kevin had youthful energy and quick-witted humor. He was an avid sports enthusiast and a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed having a house full of people and being surrounded by friends and family.

Kevin was predeceased by his mother, Maryann Laroche. He is survived by his father Roger Laroche (New Britain), his six siblings, Julie and Daniel O’Brien (Sammamish, WA), Angela Marcotte (Avon), Michael and Allison Laroche (Plantsville), Timothy Laroche and fiancée Nakita Norton (Berlin), Christopher and Francesca Laroche (Burlington), Kathleen Laroche and fiancée Joseph Carrubba (Plainville) and his nephews and nieces, Evan O’Brien, Nicholas and Abigail Marcotte, Joseph Veneziano, Carter and Jack Laroche, and Holly Norton.

The Laroche family is grateful to the compassionate nurses and doctors at Middlesex Hospital.

Family and friends are invited to call at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin, 111 Chamberlain Highway on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 4 – 6 p.m. concluding with a service at 5:30 p.m.
