Robert George Jones

Robert George Jones, 54, of Middletown died unexpectedly Wednesday (September 20, 2017) at home. Born in Hartford, son of the late Ellsworth and the late Blanche (Smith) Jones, he graduated from Berlin High School in 1981, and was employed at CWPM in Plainville. He is survived by two sons, Michael Jones of New Britain, and Brien Jones of Denver, Colorado. Friends and relatives are invited to call at Porter's Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway, Berlin, on Wednesday (September 27, 2017) from 6-8pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, New England Division, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
