Sally Ann Mukon

Sally Ann Mukon, 70, of Kensington, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026 at Hartford Hospital. She was the wife of Michael D. Mukon.

Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Ronald and Angelina (Falletti) Tracy. Sally later moved to Berlin where she became a life-long resident. She was a registered nurse, taking care of children at the Hospital of Central CT and later worked at Starling Physicians before retiring. Sally was a member of St. Paul Church. Sally enjoyed gardening, baking, cooking and spending time with her family. She loved to pick blueberries with her family and friends.

In addition to her husband Michael, she is survived by three children, James Mukon and his wife Jen, Tracy Marsh and her husband David, and Andrew Mukon; three grandchildren, Samantha Marsh, Robert Marsh, and Riley Mukon; two sisters, Kathleen Tracy and Susan Cavedon; a brother, Paul Tracy; and three brothers-in-law; David Mukon, Mark Mukon and Thomas Mukon.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 from 4-6 PM at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin, 111 Chamberlain Hwy., Berlin followed by a funeral service at 6 PM. Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, P.O. Box 88540, Carol Stream, IL 60188.
